This page will describe how to use team mode in our MySportmonks environment. Follow the described steps one-by-one to successfully create a team account and how to use the team mode.
Go to your dashboard by going to the following page: .
First, make sure that you select 'team'. Then, click on your account's name to open the following navigation menu.
Profile
Click on ‘profile’. You will be redirected to the profile overview of this account. Here, you can see everything that's included in your subscription. Furthermore, you can edit your name and password. You are also able to update your VAT information.
Alright, let's proceed! If you hover to the left side of your screen, you can click on your name to reopen the menu.
Settings
If you click on 'settings,' you will be redirected to the settings screen. This is another option for adjusting/editing your account details.
Let's head back to the menu once again.
Teams
Click on 'teams' to get redirected to the teams overview page. Here, you can create a new team and view an overview of all your created teams. You can even switch to your personal account via this page.
Team settings
Click on ‘view team’ to find all information related to this team, such as VAT information, Billing information, the team’s name and information about the owner. You can even edit the team name here. Furthermore, you can see an overview of all team members. You can add new team members and assign the member’s role: admin or editor. When setting roles for the team members, the editor has the right to add and remove members. They can also edit a subscription to add or remove plans and add-ons. On the other hand, an admin can perform the abovementioned actions and access billing information.
Head back to the menu and click on 'billing'. A dropdown opens. Let's select 'payment methods' first.
Billing
On the payment methods page, you can view your payment methods or set up a new payment method for your account.
Last but not least! Head back to the menu and select 'invoices'.
On the 'My Invoices' page, you can add additional invoice information, view your upcoming invoice, and see your invoice history.
API token for team account
You need to create a new API token when you change from a personal account to a team account.
Please go to (when in team mode) and only use this new API token for your team account. Otherwise, you won’t be able to access the data included in your team subscription.
